With over 20 Million views, the Double Team music video must be one of Gunnar's most internationally famous cameos to date. Featuring Brazil's number 1 pop star, Anitta, as well as another equally famous Brazilian icon Bad Gyal and male rapper Brray.

What many might not know is Gunnar had no idea whose music video they were about to be a part of. The casting for this Anitta video was so secretive we were only told it was for "a Brazilian artist" in the shuttle on the way to the shoot! Everyone involved on the shoot stayed until after 4am to produce the amazing result!

To answer a few questions the viewer may have, no, we were not allowed to dance for the majority of the video. Although of course Gunnar is an amazing dancer, the directors and producers thought that the extras dancing would distract from the pop stars. Go off I guess! We had so many takes that Gunnar actually memorized the whole song in Portuguese by the end of the night.

Because of the NDAs all of the models had to sign Gunnar was not allowed to really take photos of the shoot, but enjoy their Instagram carousel of the event below! It was truly such an honor and a privilege to be a part of such a large production for one of the most famous singers in the world!

Gunnar's favorite moment of the shoot occurred during the car scene beneath the highway. Because of the crowd, Gunnar ended up right behind the car, directly below Anitta. Gunnar personally witnessed Anitta's famous gyrations to the beat of Double Team from mere inches away. Again and again, Anitta emitted pure unadulterated star power for the cameras beneath giant blinding spotlights.

Right at the end of a take while the cameras were being reset, Anitta looked down from the top of the car and directly into Gunnar's eyes. Anitta smiled her perfect Hollywood smile and as their eyes locked she let out a single laugh of recognition. It was like being seen by a goddess in that moment, one which Gunnar will never forget. If they were being spiritual, Gunnar would say in that moment Anitta gave them a very special gift. Fame. Because in that moment Gunnar was truly seen for who she really is, even for a second. Anitta saw she was a star too, and so the both of them were connected in that instant. United among the crowd, beneath the watchful gaze of the cameras late in the night. Anitta laughed, perhaps at the comedy of the situation (she was shaking her butt almost exactly in Gunnar's face for hours,) or perhaps in the way a human might look down at an ant. Either way, in that moment, Gunnar received from Anitta's smile a single drop of the nectar of the media gods and was changed, forever.

Ever since that night Gunnar has felt a very deep connection to the stars and of course the beautiful people of Brazil. One of Gunnar's dreams is to someday visit Brazil and go to a club where they happen to play this song. Maybe everyone will know them, maybe they won't, but Gunnar will know. Music has this magic way of transporting one through time and space to another place. In a way stars live forever through their image and their music. Gunnar will carry a piece of this experience with them always.

Although this was Gunnar's first time on screen with famous Brazilian celebrities, Anitta and Bad Gyal were not their first brush with South American fame. Gunnar has also met Ricky Montaner, known as "the Justin Bieber of Venezuela" as well as famous sapphic Brazilian singer-songwriter pop star Ludmilla and her dancer wife Brunna. Ludmilla, for those Americans who don't know, is the first Afro-Carribean artist to reach 1 Billion streams on Spotify. Her and her wife were very nice to Gunnar and funny too!
